Strategic Planning

• Lead the UMT strategic planning development process under the direction of the Office of the President and Senior Leadership.

Unit Planning

• Facilitate the development of unit plans and KPIs aligned with the approved Strategic Plan in coordination with Schools and UMOs.
• Support the development of processes, process manuals, and SOPs to identify gaps and improve efficiency.

Resource Planning

• Rationalize human and infrastructure resources to meet strategic goals in coordination with relevant departments.
• Finalize organograms of UMOs and Schools based on workload analysis for optimal resource utilization.
• Manage space allocation (classrooms, labs, offices, etc.) in coordination with OCMS.
• Coordinate with Schools, UMOs, and Centers for the development and enhancement of facilities.
