UMT Planning

a. Lead the UMT strategic planning development process under the direction of Office of the President and Senior Leadership

a. Facilitate the development of unit plans and KPI etc. aligned with Approved Strategic Plan in coordination with Schools and UMOs

b. Facilitate the development of processes, process manuals and SOPs to identify gaps, and make them efficient

a. Rationalize human and infrastructure resources to meet strategic goals in coordination with relevant department and annual intake analysis

b. Finalize organograms of UMOs and schools based on workload analysis to ensure optimal utilization of human resources

c. Manage space allocation (classrooms, labs, offices etc.) for various stakeholders in coordination with OCMS

d. Coordinate with Schools, UMOs, Centers for the development and enhancement of facilities
