Achievements

Our achievements are a testament to our commitment to UMT’s growth and excellence.

We have successfully delivered a broad portfolio of initiatives across planning, governance, monitoring, innovation, and infrastructure development.

Strategic Planning

• Successfully drafted and submitted StratPlan30 for leadership review.

• Integrated strategic themes, objectives, and KPIs based on leadership and stakeholder input.

• Developed cross-linkages between StratPlan30 and international university rankings KPIs.

Governance and KPI Frameworks

• Developed and finalized Core Functions and KPIs for 16 out of 22 UMOs; work in progress for the remainder.

• Conducted annual performance reviews for UMOs, Schools, and Centers based on approved KPIs.

• Completed the Governance Responsibility Matrix (RASCI) to clarify roles and ensure accountability.

Process Manuals and SOP Development

• Developed and finalized Process Manuals for 10+ UMOs including LRC, MSU, OFE, OIA, OSSV, UMT Connected, ORG, OPD, OAR, and AAQIC.

• Conducted workshops and hands-on sessions to support process documentation and gap identification.

Data Management and Analysis

• Designed and implemented Management Dashboards for real-time monitoring of institutional performance.

• Analyzed more than 147 KPIs across schools, centers, and offices to support institutional improvement initiatives.

• Conducted periodic and annual data analyses, providing visualized reports to leadership for strategic decision-making.

Service Excellence and Innovation

• Prepared and presented concept papers for:

o Service Excellence Program (enhancing front desk and service delivery operations).

o Innovation at UMT (promoting a culture of continuous improvement and creativity).

• Supported the rollout of the Financial Wellness Center for participant financial literacy and counseling services.

Policy Development and Communication

• Actively coordinated with Policy Owners to facilitate drafting, review, and approval of institutional policies.

• Managed the UMT Policy Portal to ensure timely access and organized storage of all approved policies.

Infrastructure and Facility Planning

• Coordinated the completion of major projects including SST-2 (academic building) and LRC Renovation.

• Contributed to the Hospitality and Culinary Labs project for SFAS and BS Hospitality programs.

• Played a key role in developing RFPs for UMT’s Master Plan and architectural planning of new projects.
