We have successfully delivered a broad portfolio of initiatives across planning, governance, monitoring, innovation, and infrastructure development.
Strategic Planning
- Successfully drafted and submitted StratPlan30 for leadership review.
- Integrated strategic themes, objectives, and KPIs based on leadership and stakeholder input.
- Developed cross-linkages between StratPlan30 and international university rankings KPIs.
Governance and KPI Frameworks
- Developed and finalized Core Functions and KPIs for 16 out of 22 UMOs; remaining in progress.
- Conducted annual performance reviews for UMOs, Schools, and Centers.
- Completed the Governance Responsibility Matrix (RASCI) to ensure accountability.
Process Manuals and SOP Development
- Developed Process Manuals for 10+ UMOs including LRC, MSU, OFE, OIA, OSSV, UMT Connected, ORG, OPD, OAR, and AAQIC.
- Conducted workshops and hands-on sessions for process documentation and gap identification.
Data Management and Analysis
- Designed Management Dashboards for real-time institutional monitoring.
- Analyzed 147+ KPIs across schools, centers, and offices.
- Provided visualized reports for strategic decision-making.
Service Excellence and Innovation
- Prepared concept papers for Service Excellence Program and Innovation at UMT.
- Supported rollout of Financial Wellness Center.
Policy Development and Communication
- Coordinated with Policy Owners for drafting and approvals.
- Managed UMT Policy Portal for organized access.
Infrastructure and Facility Planning
- Coordinated completion of SST-2 and LRC Renovation.
- Contributed to Hospitality and Culinary Labs project.
- Developed RFPs for UMT Master Plan and architectural projects.
