Monitoring and Evaluating Performance

1. Collect and review periodic and annual performance reports from UMOs and Professional Centers.

2. Conduct data analyses to identify areas for improvement.

3. Develop and submit various reports—including performance reports, proposals, and concept papers—as required by UMT leadership.

4. Provide accurate and timely management information to support internal planning and decision-making.

5. Follow up on Rector’s directives and report on their implementation.
