Monitoring and Evaluating Performance

• Collect and review periodic and annual performance reports from UMOs and Professional Centers.
• Conduct data analyses to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and submit various reports—including performance reports, proposals, and concept papers—as required by UMT leadership.
• Provide accurate and timely management information to support internal planning and decision-making.
• Follow up on Rector’s directives and report on their implementation.
