Objective
To provide real-time management information for strategic decision-making and ensure timely implementation of Leadership’s directives and initiatives.
Scope
This SOP applies to the Office of the President, Senior Leadership, UMOs, and all units involved in responding to leadership information needs and implementing directives.

Procedure
1. Provision of Management Information
• Compile real-time data related to performance, resources, and operations from institutional sources.
• Develop and update management dashboards monthly, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
• Validate collected data regularly in collaboration with unit stakeholders.
• Share dashboards with Senior Leadership to assist in planning, operations, and decision-making.
• Respond promptly to ad-hoc information requests from leadership, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
2. Follow-up on Directives
• Document all directives issued by the UMT Leadership during meetings, communications, or official correspondence.
• Assign responsible parties, tasks, and deadlines for each directive.
• Monitor implementation progress through regular follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Collect and archive evidence of implementation (e.g., reports, communications, documentation).
• Prepare status reports summarizing the implementation progress for review by the Rector.
• Escalate unresolved or delayed matters to Senior Leadership for necessary action.
