Interpersonal skills scale: Development and validation in urbanized sample of adolescents

Interpersonal skills play a vital role in the growth and development of adolescents. The current study explored the experience and manifestation of interpersonal skills in Pakistani adolescents. Exploratory Findings of this study explored three factors of interpersonal skills social engagement, sociability, and social etiquettes. Furthermore, a psychometrically sound scale of interpersonal skills with good reliability and validity was developed.
