Inter-University FESTUMT 18 Attracts Hundreds of Students and Visitors

The Office of Participant Affairs (OPA) at UMT organized one of the most anticipated events of the year 'FESTUMT 18,' an inter-university multi-category event on March 8-11, 2018 at UMT Greens. The event was inaugurated by Dr Muhammad Aslam, Rector UMT, and Jahangir Khanzada, Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports, Punjab. The opening ceremony was thronged by an enthusiastic crowd of students and staff members as well.
The opening ceremony included a variety of performances including a show by especially trained horses and cultural shows by the students of Pakistan Forum. The FESTUMT’18 features a multitude of sports, extra and co-curricular activities and competitions to give participants a chance to innovate, create and showcase their ideas, talents, and abilities to prove their leadership skills nationwide. The UMT team arranged numerous entertainment activities, 30+ competitions, live performances and delicious food stalls under one roof.
