Dr Sajjad H Shami, Professor and Chairman, Electrical Engineering Department, School of Engineering (SEN), has been appointed as External Evaluator by ICT R&D Fund, Ministry of Information Technology, Islamabad, for funded project applications in the Electrical Engineering area. The Solicitation, Engagement and Evaluation Department (SEED) of the ICT R&D Fund is responsible for evaluating proposals, both technical and financial. Each proposal is evaluated internally as well as externally. External evaluation is performed by experts in the relevant disciplines from academia as well as industry.
