City Traffic Police Visits UMT Campus

The Office of Public Relations (PRO) at UMT hosted a show of City42 ‘Lahore ki Awaz.’ The chief guest Rai Ejaz Ahmed, Chief Traffic Officer, Lahore, gave answers of the questions asked by the UMT students regarding traffic situation in Lahore. The session was quite fruitful as the students enjoyed it greatly.
Expressing his views, Ejaz Ahmed said that it is the responsibility of every citizen to follow traffic rules and never think of breaking them. He said that cameras are being installed at every corner of the city to ensure surveillance of the people and to activate automatic system of challan. The Chief Traffic Officer said that effective strategy is going to be implemented to improve the traffic situation in the city. At the end of the event, Rector UMT Dr Muhammad Aslam distributed souvenirs to the distinguished guest.
