1.Campus Network Projects (Liaison with NOC)
Coordination and execution of campus network infrastructure projects in close collaboration with the Network Operations Center (NOC), ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance of network services.
2. CCTV System for Campus Security Enhancement
Design, deployment, and maintenance of a campus-wide CCTV surveillance system to strengthen security, monitoring, and incident response across all university premises.
3. Campus-Wide Attendance Machines Maintenance
Ongoing maintenance and support of facial recognition attendance systems deployed across the campus to ensure accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted operation.
4. Student Vehicle Parking System (RFID-Based Barrier Gates)
Implementation of an RFID-enabled vehicle parking management system using automated barrier gates to streamline student vehicle access and parking control.
5. Campus-Wide Digital Signage System
Deployment of digital signage across campus with centralized content management, enabling timely dissemination of academic, administrative, and event-related information.
6. Campus-Wide Access Control System Maintenance
Maintenance and operational support of electronic access control systems to ensure secure and controlled access to restricted areas across the campus.
7. Event Management (UMT Convocation)
Provision of comprehensive IT support in UMT Convocation, covering internet connectivity[live streaming], SMD & sound support, and technical coordination.
8. Campus-Wide SMS Service
Management of SMS services for official university communications, alerts, and notifications to students, faculty, and staff.
9. Campus-Wide Email Management (Google Workspace / G Suite)
Administration and support of the university’s official email system using Google Workspace (G Suite), ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient communication across the campus.
