President UMT Inaugurates New Office of UMT CONNECTED

Ibrahim Hasan Murad, President UMT officially inaugurated the new office of UMT-CONNECTED in the SDT building. The vision of UMT-CONNECTED is to digitize UMT and bring a technological revolution in the country. It aims to ensure timely provision of convenient, high-quality, virtual education to the diverse population as well as advocacy of forward-looking, technology-driven optimism across the academic board in UMT. The department offers ITHELPDESK support to the faculty and students of UMT and serves as an incubator for a technology-infused curriculum. UMT-CONNECTED works with relevant interest groups to create as well as implement policies and procedures pertaining to on-campus, video-based, technology-enhanced, hybrid, and online courses.
