UMT Partners with Leading European Youth Development Organization

The Office of Internationalization at UMT has signed an MoU as a partnership agreement with Youth to Youth Initiative (VsI ,,Jaunimo jaunimui iniciatyva), Republic of Lithuania. The MoU was signed as another strategic partnership under its Sustainable Development Initiative. The partnership will focus on educational and intercultural events organization, active citizenship development in both countries, support for non-profit organizations for the local community development, promotion of volunteering, international cooperation and relationship related with Lithuania and Pakistan development.
After signing this agreement, UMT has also become a partner in the International Youth to Youth Summit in Dubai (UAE). The event will be held between April 23 – 27, 2017 under the theme 'Youth Creating Social Innovations and Building Sustainable Futures by Means of Information and Communication Technologies.' Students from UMT will be selected to participate in the Summit after following application process which will be announced later this year.
