A research paper authored by Muhammad Yousaf Jamil, Director QEC, UMT, titled ‘Role of Knowledge Management in Achieving Organizational Performance: Proposed Framework through Literature Survey’ has been accepted by International Journal of Arts and Sciences (IJAS) after a double blind review process. Reviewers accepted the paper for oral presentation at the IJAS International Conference for Business & Economics which will be held at Harvard Medical School. This is not only a great achievement for the author but also for UMT that the work of its researchers is being acknowledged at renowned international universities.
