Announcement of the 23rd UMT Convocation

We are pleased to inform you that the 23rd UMT Convocation is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2022. The participants who have registered for the 23rd Convocation are advised to receive the convocation gown and invitation card according to the following schedule:
- Date: October 29 - November 1, 2022 (Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday)
- Time: 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Venue: Room # 307 (First Floor), COHORT Building (near admin building), UMT
Participants are advised to bring the following mandatory documents to collect their gown and invitation card:
- Original CNIC
- Convocation registration paid receipt (original)
General Guidelines
a) You are expected to attend the convocation in formal/national dress
b) Each invitation card is valid for your entry along with two parents only
c) While attending the ceremony, please keep your invitation card with you to submit later on demand
d) Keeping in view of the security and safety measures, please extend full cooperation with the security personnel on duty
