The Office of Participant Affairs (OPA) is a key department at the University of Management and Technology (UMT) dedicated to enriching student life through co-curricular engagement and leadership development. OPA manages and supports 70+ clubs and societies, providing students with opportunities to explore their interests, develop new skills, and contribute to campus life.

Through academic, cultural, social, professional, and sports-based activities, OPA encourages students to build confidence, leadership, teamwork, and creativity. The department also organizes university-wide events and facilitates participation in national and international competitions, enabling students to represent UMT with excellence.

With a diverse range of clubs, societies, and sports opportunities, OPA offers every student a platform to discover their talents, enhance their personal and professional growth, and become active, responsible, and engaged members of the university community.
