About the Speaker
Dr. Khurram Joya is an active Researcher, Scientist, Teacher, Innovator, Mentor, Speaker, Research-Coach, Trainer and a Traveler.
Dr. Joya is affiliated with Chemistry Department, King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM-KSA), Saudi Arabia, and Chemistry Department, UET-Lahore.
Dr. Joya had a PhD from Leiden University - The Netherlands, and 4 postdocs, and experience/expertise of working at the best universities and top research institutions in the world. Dr. Joya has 60+ high impact research publications, with an h-index of 19 and over 275 impact factor, inventor of about 11+ patents, and contributed to three books and 06 journals cover-highlights. After his PhD, Dr. Joya joined Max-Planck Institute, Germany in 2012 for his postdoc research on an EU project. In the meantime, he also obtained a Research Falorization Award from TBSC-Netherlands and then moved to The Netherlands. Later in 2013, Dr. Joya then joined KAUST, KSA for another researcher position and DTU-Denmark in 2016.
His research accomplishments include 2 Faculty Research Awards (UET – Lahore), PhD Award, 2 LUF Research Awards Leiden University, The Netherlands, BioSolarCell Valorization Award, Several Travel Awards, Best Lecture Award at Pak Coating Show 2016, Best Performance Award for UET-Lahore, Pakistan (2016 & 2017), SAICSC-ACS Award Lecture Saudi Arabia Chapter of the American Chemical Society (2018), KFUPM-KSA DRS Research Project Award (2019).

- 30 seats are available, Registration on first come first serve basis.
