Convocation Gowns and Invitation Cards Collection Schedule

It is to inform you that the 24th Convocation is scheduled to be held on Saturday, March 18, 2023. The participants who have registered for the 24th Convocation are required to collect their convocation gowns and invitation cards according to the schedule outlined below:
Thursday, March 16, 2023
Time: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Friday, March 17, 2023
Time: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
(Friday Prayer Break 12:30 - 2:00 PM)
Venue: Room# CB2-201, Ground Floor, COHORT-II Building (near Admin Block), UMT
You are advised to bring the following mandatory documents for gown and invitation card collection:
* Your original CNIC
* Convocation registration paid receipt (original)
General Guidelines
a) All attendees are expected to come dressed in formal or national attire for the convocation ceremony.
b) Please note that each invitation card permits entry for one graduate and up to two accompanying parents only.
c) While in attendance at the ceremony, we kindly request that you keep your invitation card in your possession. This is to ensure that it can be presented upon request at a later time, if necessary.
d) In light of the security and safety measures in place, we kindly request that you extend your full cooperation to the security personnel on duty.
