The Director of the Accreditation and Academic Quality Improvement Cell (AAQIC), Asif Saeed Haider, conducted a training and orientation session for the selected Head and General Secretary of the University Participant Council (UPC) – Mr. Muhammad Faisal Jamil and Mr. Haris Talat – on 06 May 2026 at the CTL Boardroom.The session was organized in line with the Participant Councils Policy Framework.The training aimed to equip the LSRs with a clear understanding of their mandatedresponsibilities under the RIPE framework, particularly their role in supporting quality assurance, participating in self-assessment processes, and contributing to continuousquality improvement at the university level.The session was interactive and forward-looking, reinforcing AAQIC’s commitment to engaging student leadership in academic quality enhancement initiatives across UMT.
