In-House Training Session on Achieving Core Functions at the Workplace by AAQIC

In line with the directives of the Office of Planning and Development for University Management Offices (UMOs) to conduct regular staff development sessions, the Accreditation and Academic Quality Improvement Cell (AAQIC) organized a comprehensive in-house training session for its team.
The session, titled "Achieving Core Functions at the Workplace," was conducted by Mr. Asif Saeed Haider, Director AAQIC, and attended by all team members. The training focused on enhancing the staff’s understanding of AAQIC’s core responsibilities, aligning day-to-day tasks with the department’s strategic goals, and fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
This initiative underscores AAQIC’s ongoing commitment to capacity building and professional development, ensuring excellence in quality assurance and academic support services through a well-informed and empowered team.
