Fundamentals of Outcome-Based Education (OBE): Laying the Path for Student Success conducted for fresh faculty

Accreditations and Academic Quality Improvement Cell (AAQIC) organized a comprehensive training workshop for the fresh faculty members of UMT, titled “Fundamentals of Outcome-Based Education (OBE): Laying the Path for Student Success.” The workshop was held on Tuesday, 25th November 2025, from 10:00 am to 04:00 pm in the Saleem Asghar Hall. A total of 50 faculty members from various Schools/Institutes and Departments participated, showing great enthusiasm to learn and explore the key features of this innovative teaching and learning methodology.
The session proved highly interactive and insightful, equipping participants with essential knowledge of OBE principles, curriculum alignment, and assessment strategies, ultimately contributing to enhancing teaching quality and improving student learning outcomes.
