Registration Open for Graduating participants

We are pleased to inform you that 18th UMT Convocation is scheduled to be held on Thursday 2nd January 2020, 8:30 am at UMT Greens. You are advised to kindly register for the Convocation ceremony by paying Rs. 6000/= at UMT Accounts office before Friday, 20th December 2019 by 5:30 pm.
Please note the following:
- Convocation rehearsal will be held on January 1, 2020 at 9:30 am in UMT Greens and it is mandatory for all graduating participants. Those who are unable to be a part of the rehearsal day will not be allowed to attend the Convocation.
- The venue for both, rehearsal and convocation will remain the same. i.e. UMT Greens
After being registered for the convocation, a graduating participant will be eligible for:
- A gown with no return
- An invitation card allowing two guests
- Lunch on rehearsal as well as on Convocation day (rehearsal day is only for graduating participants)
- Bags/electronic gadgets /personal belongings are not allowed.
- Registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Note:
- No extra guests/siblings are allowed.
- Registration will close on Dec 20, 2019 and no late fee registration will be entertained.
