UMT and University of Michigan-Dearborn Discuss Student Exchange and Joint Programs

Dr. Hafiz Malik, Associate Dean for Graduate Education and Research at the College of Engineering and Computer Science, University of Michigan–Dearborn, met with the Rector UMT to discuss potential academic collaboration between the two universities.
The two sides agreed to pursue an MoU between the respective institutions for academic partnerships with specific focus on joint/ split degree programs, students mobility and research collaborations including summer research projects.
It was decided to follow up on the discussion with formalization of the MOU document to be shared by the University of Michigan-Dearborn. The meeting concluded with a presentation of a UMT crest to the visiting delegate and re-affirmation to pursue the partnership to the mutual benefit of the two institutions.
