The Rector, Dr. Asif Raza, warmly welcomed Mr. Omar Farooq, CEO of Interwood, to UMT and appreciated him for sparing his valuable time to engage with the youth through the platform “Business Leaders with Future Leaders,” aimed at introducing entrepreneurship, business success models, and inspiring success stories to enhance students’ learning and industry exposure.
The Rector also commended Mr. Omar Farooq for leading Interwood to become one of Pakistan’s premier furniture and interior solutions companies. During the meeting, the CEO briefed on Interwood’s operations, highlighting its leadership in producing high-quality furniture for residential, commercial, and institutional sectors. He emphasized the company’s extensive manufacturing capabilities, modern designs, innovative technology, and commitment to sustainable design as key strengths behind its continued growth and success.
