President Message
The Rotaract Club of UMT has a unique identity of being the only club in the UMT that is a part of the World’s Largest Youth-Run Organization “Rotary International”. Being the President of this prestigious club, my dream is to make sure that every student of UMT gets the chance to be a Rotaractor, a young leader with a vision to become a better version of themselves & serve their communities in every way possible.As the Rotary International President Jennifer E. Jones’ message, we believe in DEI (Diversity Equity Inclusion). We will Embrace Diversity with bringing people from all walks of life regardless of their gender, religion, ethnic or cultural background. We will Ensure Equity by making sure our members feel safe, accepted & welcomed here. We will also Demonstrate Inclusion by encouraging the professionally or personally underdeveloped members to learn & groom themselves as young professionals while providing them with opportunities to help them do so. Lastly, I would like to thank the OPA Management & the club membership for giving me the honor to lead this club. Mission
Our mission is to provide an opportunity for our members to enhance the knowledge and skills that will assist them in personal development, to address the physical and social needs of their communities, and to promote better relations between all people worldwide through our framework of friendship and service with more than 1.1 Million Rotaract members globally.We do it by bringing together people aged 18 and older to exchange ideas with leaders in the community, develop leadership and professional skills, and have fun through service.In communities worldwide, Rotary and Rotaract members work side by side to take action through service. From big cities to rural villages, Rotaract is changing communities like ours.e club.
