Core Functions:

Office of the Director General - Core Functions

Coordination

Facilitates continuous collaboration among UMOs to ensure effective operations. Aligns UMO activities with the academic and administrative needs of schools / institutes.

Monitoring and Progress Tracking

Oversees UMO activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals, identifies areas for improvement, ensures timely implementation and follow-up on decisions / action items.

Meetings and Engagements

  • Conducts weekly operational meetings with UMO heads to address and resolve UMOs related matters.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly performance review UMO heads meeting with the President to discuss ongoing challenges, assess progress, and future plans.

Budgetary Oversight

Providing recommendations to the President for the approval of project budgets, additional funds, reappropriation of budgets for operational tasks and special developmental projects.

Student Financial Matters

Approves student financial cases, including discounts, payment extensions, and installment plans, to ensure flexibility and support to the students.
