Important information

  • Accommodation fees are payable in accordance with the prevailing USH payment schedule.
  • The refundable security deposit is subject to applicable clearance and refund procedures.
  • Additional charges may apply for electricity consumption beyond the approved limit and for permitted high-consumption appliances.
  • Fees and charges are subject to revision by the University. Students should confirm the applicable fee structure before making payment.
  • Accommodation is initially reserved in accordance with the applicable USH accommodation terms.
  • Hostel fees are payable twice a year. Fee vouchers are issued on 1st April and 1st October, with payment deadlines of 10th April and 10th October, respectively.
