President Message

We, the members of the University of Management and Technology Model United Nations, are determined to stimulate a deeper knowledge of the world around us, specifically United Nations; to develop and establish a working understanding of the political, military, economic, social, cultural, and humanitarian problems of the world; and to provide free and open forum for the study and discussion of these problems, have resolved to combine our efforts to accomplish these aims. Negotiation, Team player and Diplomacy are our main skills.

Mission:

Sustainable Development Initiative (SDI) at the University of Management and Technology assumes its responsibility for inculcating a sense of social responsibility into its students that goes beyond the borders of social class, religion, ethnicity, and race.

Vision:

All SDGs fall under UMTMUN by default, as The SDGs were set up in 2015 by the United Nations

UMTMUN Shall focus on the following SDGs:

1. Goal 11: Sustainable cities and communities

2. Goal 16: Peace, justice and strong institutions

3. Goal 17: Partnership for the goals

UMTMUN plans to hold formal debate sessions at inter and intra university level.
