A: Staff/Faculty member can request for Event/Soft services request by generating email to
OEM officials.

A: Staff/Faculty member can request for Event/Soft services request by generating email to
OEM officials.


Q: Whom can I contact in any emergency situation?
A: Staff/Faculty member can contact OEM – Deputy Manager Admin & Senior Admin Office in
UMT.


Q: How do I complain for instance if any requirement inform to OEM & not able to
complete/perform?
A: Staff/Faculty member can complain in the main office of OEM at Ext 3365.
