The Office of Event Management (OEM) is responsible for planning UMT events from start to finish according to the requirements and scope of the event. OEM helps in planning, organizing and facilitating national and international conferences, seminars, workshops, lectures, symposiums, etc. OEM deals with the control and management of conference halls, and arrangement of refreshments/food. Boarding and logging of all guests/visitors is done through OEM as well. Furthermore, OEM maintains a healthy environment by looking after the university horticulture. The Office also manages postal mails.
