Cash Collection Rules

• Collection of cash as registration/participation fee/sponsorship will be made at OTR only. As per policy, cash collection by any school or office is strictly prohibited.
• In case of an event where the revenue is generated from the sale of a ticket, an organizer must adhere to the given process:
  • Printing of the ticket will be done by OCM only and not by any external vendor.
  • A unique number will be printed on every ticket.
• Auditable record of revenue from sale of ticket will be submitted to OFE and OTR.
