Budget Approval

OFE will review and may rationalize the budget of the proposed event, if needed. The budget will highlight the revenue and expenses for all functional areas of the event and determine which expenses will be assumed by the host, sponsors, and/or other revenue sources. OFE reserves the right to cut down unnecessary expenses if needed.
OFE will only facilitate the requirements for which the competent authorities approve the budget. Additional expenses / requirements, which were not incorporated and approved in the budget will not be facilitated without approval.
