Registration Guideline for Convocation
We are pleased to inform you that the 20th Convocation of the University of Management and Technology is expected to be held in the second week of August 2021.
In this regard, the registration for the said Convocation ceremony will start from tomorrow Tuesday July 6, 2021. You are advised to kindly register yourself by paying Rs. 6000/= at UMT Accounts office (Admin Building, Level-1) on or before Friday, July 16 2021.
The graduating participants can visit during office hours; Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
(Namaz break 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Friday 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM).
Please note followings to avoid any inconvenience:
- The COVID-19 vaccination certificate is mandatory to attend the Convocation ceremony. The graduating participants shall bring a copy of their vaccination certificate and submit it at the accounts office with their registration fee.
- Those who have done their first dose of vaccination can also bring a copy of the certificate to become eligible for registration.
- All the graduating participants registered within the due date can participate in the Convocation ceremony. i.e. July 16, 2021.
- The Convocation registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- All graduating participants are expected to attend the Convocation in formal dressing.
- Wearing a mask in University premises is mandatory.
- Parents / siblings / friends are not allowed.
- Electronic gadgets / hand bags are not allowed.
- Please bring your original CNIC on the day of Convocation.
The information for the exact date of the event, venue and rehearsal day will be shared to the registered participants later.
