MoU Signing Between UMT-IBCE Pakistan and TUMSIAD Turkey

Chaudhry Anis Iqbal, Chairman, TUMSIAD Turkey, signed an MoU regarding the working for common interest economic activities and joint venture of International Business Conference and Exhibition (IBCE 2016) with Abid Khan Shirwani ,Director General, UMT, in the presence of Turkish Ambassador Sadik Babür Girgin.
On this occasion, Chaudhry Anis Iqbal said that IBCE 2016 is an initiative which will involve the business communities including multinationals (MNCs), investors, exhibitors, entrepreneurs and CEOs from Turkey to strengthen the bilateral relations and promotion of peace globally through business transformation and cultural activities.
Abid H K Shirwani said that IBCE will provide a platform for business and technology transformation through joint ventures and collaborations among national and international exhibitors. The exhibition features product marketing by hundreds of international and local manufacturers, more than 150 international and local companies are expected to participate, while 100,000 plus trade visitors are expected to attend the IBCE-2016. He further stated that this is commendable that Jang Media Group is media partner for this event. This is the largest, credible and trustworthy channel in Pakistan which has organized a number of national and international events successfully under its umbrella. Through this joint venture, we aim to provide a common ground to national and international industrial stakeholders and business tycoons through a comprehensive marketing and branding strategy. Such events can promote the peace and bilateral relations among the nations.
Pakistan and Turkey friendship is long living and bilateral trade and economic cooperation will further strengthen these relations. The Pakistani economy is growing and there is immense scope for increasing bilateral trade, joint ventures and institutional development through joint ventures. The MoU will provide a framework to both countries to organize an upcoming joint venture on November 7- 8, 2016 named International Business Conference and Exhibition (IBCE) 2016 at Expo Center Lahore.
