Manan Aslam from UMT Sialkot Attends Course in The Netherlands

Manan Aslam, Lecturer, School of Business & Economics (HSM), participated in a short course in the domain of Marketing and Entrepreneurship titled “Organized Farmers as Partners in Agribusiness” held in Wageningen, The Netherlands, from September 25 to October 8, 2016. He presented Pakistani case studies on various aspects of Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Manan received a lot of appreciation from the participants and course facilitators. Participants from Ethopia, Ghana, Italy, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Kenya, Nepal, Niger, Nigeria, Philippines, Rawanda, Tanzania, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda and Zimbabwe attended the course.
This short course was sponsored by the Centre for Development Innovation (CDI), Wageningen University and Research, Wageningen, The Netherlands, which provided financial as well as technical support for this participation. Gratitude is extended to course facilitators Ted Schrader, Melike Hemmami, Judith Jacobs, Maria Tactor-Van Soelen and Reineke Zegers for their sincere cooperation.
It is also worth mentioning that Manan has been presenting his research work in national as well as in international level conferences and has published thirteen research papers in HEC-recognized journals.
