Office of Planning and Development strives to create a balance between University Management Offices and Academic Departments of UMT and ensures the smooth execution of operations by enabling them to perform their functions efficiently and effectively.
This state of equilibrium is maintained by rectifying flaws in systems, processes and people and by promoting culture of ownership which helps in smoothing the communication lines at inter-departmental and intra-departmental levels. Office of Planning and Development acts as “Strategic Pillar” of UMT.
