USEFP Representatives Visit UMT

USEFP is one of the biggest scholarship providing institutions for Pakistani students in the US. Since the last four years, UMT students have been successful in securing scholarships from USEFP under their Fulbright Scholarship Awards. USEFP representatives visited UMT Campus today. A large number of students interested in securing upcoming Scholarships of USEFP in October 2016 attended the session.

The details of the universities that visited UMT under the USEFP are as follows:

New York University Polytechnic School - NYU is ranked #32 in National Universities
Representative - Fatema Dalal 

The New York University Polytechnic School of Engineering is a comprehensive school of engineering, applied sciences, technology, and research and is rooted in a 160-year tradition of invention, innovation and entrepreneurship. The institution, founded in 1854, is the United States’ second-oldest private engineering school. 

 University of Colorado Boulder - Ranked #89 in National Universities
Representative – Amir Sadafi

Located at the foot of the Rocky Mountains, the University of Colorado Boulder has an awe-inspiring view from campus. Western Kentucky University - Ranked #30 in the Regional Universities South
Representative – Raza Tiwana

WKU, founded 1906 is a public university in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Its main campus sits atop a hill with a commanding view of the Barren River valley. The campus flows from the top of College Heights, also known as The Hill, down its north, south and west faces. WKU also operates a satellite campus in Bowling Green and regional campuses in Glasgow, Elizabethtown-Fort Knox and Owensboro. WKU offers various degree programs, hundreds of student organizations, many study abroad opportunities, a rich athletic history, and a strong campus community.  

Central Washington University - Ranked #52 in Regional Universities West
Representative – Stacy Soderstrom

Central Washington University is located in the heart of Washington State in the historic town of Ellensburg and close to just about everything. Students come to Central Washington University for small classes taught by professors. There average class size is just 25. CWU is as committed to learning that takes place outside the classroom as what happens inside. Students get real-world experience in the fields they study - music, engineering, aviation, geology, chemistry, physics, theater, and more.
