OPRM is committed to improve participant’s experience, development of fast track and user friendly one window participant’s facilitation model to meet institutional goals by conforming gold standard of services and upholding the dignity of the UMT. OPRM is specifically focused on good governance to ensure participant’s application processing on merit and complaints are dealt with fairly, transparently and in a timely way, particularly early resolution of complaints and conflict is an important goal which demands greater accountability.
