Job Title:  Deputy Controller of the Examinations

Key Job Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise all matters concerned with the conduct of examinations.
  • Supervise preparation and display of final result notification(s).
  • Supervise maintenance of overall examinations record of the students.
  • Ensuring and maintaining strict secrecy of all information regarding the examinations.
  • Managing cases related to issuance of date sheet, appoint supervisory staff, appoint invigilation staff, and supervising allocation of examination room(s).
  • Ensuring timely issuance of the examination’s material, instructions to supervisory staff and students and hold their meetings as and when required.
  • Preparing Final Examination Analysis Reports covering Grade Distribution Analysis, Semester GPA Distribution Analysis, Gender Base grade distribution Analysis, etc. to be presented to Academic Council and submitted to all concerned Deans/Directors for information and further necessary action.
  • Organizing Rector’s and Dean’s Merit Award Ceremony
  • Assisting and coordinating activities like finalization of Medal Awards, Special Medals; Rector’s Award for Entrepreneurship and Innovation; distribution of Medals; finalization of Degree Scroll, etc. for University Convocation held every year.
  • Bringing into the notice of the Controller of Examinations about all cases of breach of rules of examinations with full report for disposal.
  • Exercising such other powers and performs other duties as may be prescribed or assigned, by the Controller of Examinations.

Job Specification:

  • Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over activities
  • Knowledge of university charter,
  • Knowledge of HEC and other accreditation bodies regarding functionality ,procedures, policies  and updated rules
  • To provide timely internal and external customer service


  • Minimum 16 years of Qualification


  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Examination Departments
