Job Title:  Data Analytics Specialist

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and “make sense” of large sets of data and translate findings in a visually appealing graphs, charts and metrics to enable data driven decisions
  • Design, maintain and enhance HR metrics, dashboards, and reports.
  • Streamline and automate reports, where possible, for distribution on an on-going basis
  • Implements analytical approaches and methodologies that will assist in the interpretation of results, analysing variances and initiating corrective actions.
  • Presents reports to management for use in decision making and strategic planning, identifying trends; Interpreting data and analyzing behavior performance.
  • Develop and implement initiatives that will improve our stakeholders’ experience
  • Lead the development and enhancement of reporting services to encompass greater use of forward
  • looking predictive elements

Job Specification:

  • Strong Data analysis, data verification and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong Financial and Statistical Analysis skills
  • Strong technical knowledge in data mining, reporting tools
  • Good knowledge of databases and data warehouse structures
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively

Qualification: 

  • Minimum 16 years of education  in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics or equivalent

Experience:  

  • minimum 8 Years of experience in Data Analytics
