The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) at the University of Management and Technology (UMT) is to provide faculty members with a setting in which they have the opportunity to exchange expertise in an atmosphere of collegiality. Moreover, UMT is committed to become a leading institute in Pakistan and a key aspect of the university's effort to fulfill that commitment is the establishment of a Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) to provide services and resources that encourge and support execllent teaching which in turn supports student engagement and learning.
