University of Management and Technology has added another feather to its cap and has won the THE Awards Asia 2020 for the Workplace of the Year Award category, conferred by the prestigious Times Higher Education.
THE Awards Asia 2020 celebrates the accomplishments of higher education institutes in the region and honor them in 10 different categories, including teaching and learning, outstanding leadership, technological innovation, support for students, student recruitment campaign and workplace management. Efforts of the Office of Human Resource UMT has played a pivotal role in achieving this laurel. Some of the key initiatives of the OHR includes effective employee engagement, setting up a top-notch recruiting system, along with enforcing a strict non-discrimination workplace and disciplinary policy for its staff members.
