CENTIN Affiliate Startup Wins 2nd Position in BizPlan Challenge 2017

UMT Sialkot Campus hosted a grand a start-up idea competition on August 26-27, 2017. Around 38 teams participated from different universities including LUMS, UCP, UET, Superior University, GIFT University, University of Gujrat, NUST, and Air University from Lahore, Islamabad, Sialkot, Gujrat and Gujranwala.
YOFIT, a startup of CENTIN affiliate Abdus Samad, secured 2nd position and a prize money of Rs 50,000/- in BizPlan Challenge 2017. The winning team has expressed gratitude for the support of Dr Muhammad Aslam, Rector UMT, and Bob Wheeler, Dean HSM, for creating an entrepreneurial environment at UMT where students are encouraged to follow their dreams and create businesses.
