Dear Graduating Participants,
We are pleased to inform you that 23rd Convocation of UMT is scheduled to be held on Wednesday November 2, 2022 at 3:00 PM.
You are advised to kindly register for the upcoming Convocation ceremony by paying Rs. 9000/= at UMT Accounts office from Tuesday October 18 - Saturday October 22, 2022 from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
On Saturday the accounts office will facilitate for the registration from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
*Lunch/Namaz timings (Monday – Thursday 1:00 pm – 1:30 pm)
( Friday : 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm).
In order to avoid rush hours, the participants are advised not to wait for the last date.
Once a graduating participant registers for the Convocation, she/he will be advised to collect the followings according to the pre decided schedule:
o A gown with no return
o An invitation card for the Convocation
o Dinner on Convocation day
The venue of Convocation will be UMT Greens. A graduating participant can accompany two parents.
Please note that registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. The registration will be closed at 3:00 pm on Friday October 22, 2022 and no late registration will be entertained.
