Job Title: Manager Procurement

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Devising and using fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies
  • Discovering profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
  • Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
  • Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
  • Monitors business trends and product availability to pay the best price for organization goods and services without sacrificing quality or delivery times
  • Identifies and researches potential new suppliers
  • Develops and implements strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services and maintaining stock levels

Job Specification:

  • Proven working experience as a procurement manager in comparable organization
  • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in “reading” the market
  • Talent in negotiations and networking
  • Experience in collecting and analysing data

Qualification: 

  • BBA, MBA in supply chain or equivalent

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement

Skills : 

  • Contract management and negotiation Skills
  • Good knowledge of supplier or third party management software
  • Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
  • Strong leadership capabilities
