In case of FT and Degree is lost or misplaced, the student can immediately apply for duplicate FT and degree in the office of the Registrar. The following documents are required with the General Application Form.

• Original copy of FIR against the lost FT / Degree
• Advertisement in the news paper about the loss of FT / Degree
• Pledge on the affidavit i.e. not to misuse Duplicate FT / Degree in case the original FT/Degree is found
• Payment receipt of Rs 1000/= each
• Copy of lost FT / Degree
