The Office of Communications and Media has launched an aggressive but well thought out integrated outreach marketing program targeting A-level students in major schools of Lahore. The outreach program is a marketing initiative that will have enormous impact towards building up the university image among potential students. It entails visits to these schools by our Marketing Communications Officer. During the course of the visit, prospective students will be introduced to the University of Management and Technology (UMT) through a presentation that has been especially developed for this purpose. Students will also be given promotional material such as program brochures, copies of the newsletter, file folders, etc according to the requirements of the target audience.

The outreach program is likely to have far reaching long-term benefits for the University. It will help branding UMT as the premier institute of higher learning in the minds of youngsters. One must bear in mind that these young people will be applying to many universities shortly. One hopes that this will result in drawing more students to the University.
