 Benefit from the learning resources |
| Your institution is providing you the optimal level of resources such as highly qualified faculty, latest library facilities with more than 50,000 books and a vide range of audio/video collection, almost 150 national and international magazines and journals, and classified databases that consist of more than 350,000 articles from national and international magazines, journals and dailies since 1996 to date. You must develop a habit of utilizing these resources optimally and regularly. Benefit from this immense resource. |
Be participative |
| Instead of wasting time, try to participate in meaningful academic discussions and dialogues inside the classrooms and outside. In a group or individually, contribute your ideas and seek knowledge from your instructors or classmates. |
| Share your insight with others. Participate in all the positive activities within the classroom or outside. This will give you confidence and command on different topics. You will feel the difference in your personality and behavior. |
Take your work seriously |
| Always consider your studies as the most important factor of your life. Give importance to all of your courses and assignments and never work according to your liking and disliking about the subject. |
| Give a new approach, a new touch to your work, be the perfectionist. This will help you in performing your task effectively and efficiently. |

| Select your favorite place of study where you feel very comfortable to study. This will help you study properly and smoothly. This might be a place at your home or Institute. It could be your own bedroom or library of your Institute. |
Practice what you learn |
| Always have a professional approach. Adopt what you learn in your practical life. Learning at your institute is meant to be implemented in your real life. |
Be punctual and regular |
| Be punctual and regular in your classes. Try not to miss your classes. Always do your assignments regularly and meet the deadlines. Designate time for your studies at your institute and at home. This will also help you in your practical life ahead of you. |
Be polite and respectful |
| Being polite and respectful is not only common sense but it is absolutely obligatory for a productive and supportive environment in the classroom. |
| This behavior will develop a rapport between you and your instructor and will lead to a positive and effective communication. |
Voice your concerns |
| Never be shy. Speak up and voice your concerns in the most befitting manner, if you are having problem with regards to your subject. Always try to discuss your academic problems with the concerned resource person or you may also discuss it with your colleagues. |
Create your study group |
| It's better to study in a group. This way you get opportunity to learn more from your group mates. It is always useful to work in a team. Be a support to each other. |
| This will give you the opportunity to learn or share your insight with others. But remember, groups can make or break your personality. Be watchful. |
Share your learning |
| You always learn more when you are sharing it with others. This will have dual positive impact; you disseminate the knowledge to your peers and enrich your own learning also. This also broadens your concepts and understanding. Remember, sharing is learning. |
