Article Review Process

After the submission of an article, the processing time is at least 3-4 months. In this time, the editors thoroughly go over the submitted articles, format them and submit them to be peer reviewed which takes almost one and a half months. Contributors are requested to bear with us as we complete the process to ensure our standards are maintained.

Peer Review Policy

Submitted manuscripts, having been accepted by the editors after their preliminary perusal (provided the manuscripts meet with the minimum requirements set out by the editors at the Journal). A double blind peer review is then conducted in which the identities of both, the author and reviewer are hidden from the reviewers and vice versa. The reviews are conducted by two academics, one local and one foreign. You may send manuscripts to:  jitc@umt.edu.pk and humaira.ahmad@umt.edu.pk
