Transfer Students   Those who have taken courses at other accredited colleges and universities can apply for admission as transfer students. Such students can apply for admission for any semester. All courses with a B grade or better that are comparable to those offered at UMT, will be considered for transfer. Any grades earned on the courses that are transferred are not included in the computation of the cumulative grade point average.   Graduation Requirement   All transfer students must earn at least 50% of their degree’s credit-hour requirements at UMT.     Application Process   Application forms are available from the Office of Admissions. You may apply online through www.umt.edu.pk as well.   Please make sure to attach a transcript of previous college/university courses with the application.       Admission Test   The requirement of admission test is waived for those who are applying for transfer of credit.     Financial Assistance   All transfer applicants are considered for merit-based financial assistance automatically. Those interested in applying for need-based financial assistance must fill the Application for Financial Assistance and submit it to the Office of Admissions along with the Application for Admissions.
