Admission Process
 
  • Admission calendar for each campaign prepared by the Admission Office after consulting the Deans of Morning and Evening Programs.

  • Admissions announcement in the press through the Office of Communications and Media.

  • Students can get information about Admissions through:
    • Email
    • Visit
    • Postal Mail
    • Telephone

  • Students get admission forms on payment of Rs. 500. The Admission Kit includes:

    • Introductory brochure of UMT
    • Prospectus
    • Introductory brochure of particular school in which participant is interested
    • Admission Form
    • UMT Admit card
    • Program brochure
    • Fee structure
    • Route Map of UMT
    • UMT folder and bag

  • Submission of Admission Form in the Admission Office according to the deadline.

  • Admission Office issues Admit Card after receiving the Form for appearance in test / interview on given date.

  • Admission Office sends academic profile of all students to the Dean for preparing final merit list. 

  • Students come for admission test.

  • Admission tests checked by UMT Faculty.

  • Dean approves the merit list and sends it to the Admission Office. 

  • Admission Office displays these results after consulting OCM on UMT Website and Notice Board. 

  • Short listed candidates of MBA/ MS Management are called for interview by Admission Office as per the list approved by the Dean.

  • Admission Office sends credit hour transfer cases to Dean Offices/ Registrar Office of UMT.

  • Faculty conduct the interviews on given dates.

  • Admission Office displays the results of successful candidates on the Notice Board and Website of UMT after the final merit list. 

  • Successful students come to Admission Office and get Bank payment challan Form.

  • Students submit the copy of bank payment receipt and get their UMT ID #.

  • Issuance of Orientation Letter to admitted students.

  • Admission Office sends admission forms to Registrar Office.
