UMT Dramatics Club Presents Play in Theatre Festival Organized by WCLA

The Walled City of Lahore Authority (WCLA) organized a Theatre Festival from March 18 – 20, 2016 at Hazoori Bagh, Lahore. The Office of Participants Affairs (OPA) is proud to share that UMT presented an act titled Gorakh Dhanda on the second day of festival which was choreographed by Dramatics Club OPA. The whole team performed exceptionally well and the act has been well praised by WCLA and all other renowned media professionals. The Dramatics Club team deserves commendation for executing the classical theatre drama at the platform provided by WCLA.
Several renowned universities took part in this three-day festival. These included Punjab University, University of Management and Technology (UMT), Sufi Tabassum Academy, National College of Arts (NCA), Allama Iqbal University and many more. The initiative taken by WCLA is aimed to promote the tourism in the historic Walled City.
